Dice cheese in half inch chunks, and set aside.
Drain pineapple, and place in a dish for ease of handling.
Take a cocktail stick and spear a piece of pineapple. Then using the same cocktail stick, spear a piece of cheese. Place on platter. Repeat this step, until all diced cheese and pineapple chunks are used up, and you have a platter full of delicious nibblers for your guests. Tips & Warnings· Be careful with cocktail sticks; they're sharp and shouldn't be handled by young children.
